For years they?ve been at the forefront of fashion trendiness, and now Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen are trying out a philanthropic approach.
The mini-moguls have announced a new partnership with TOMS Shoes for their upcoming The Row footwear line.
Interestingly enough, the Olsens have chosen materials such as Italian wool and cashmere to compose the shoe, causing the price tag to soar to around $150 per pair.
But in keeping with TOMS? tradition, one pair of shoes will be given to a needy child every time a pair of shoes is purchased.
Ashley told press, "We feel it's really important to spread awareness of the TOMS One for One mission. The giving is immediate. Having the opportunity to be a part of something so meaningful has made the collaboration with Toms special to everyone at The Row."
