When she hits red carpet events, one would never guess that Jennifer Lawrence grew up as a tomboy.
The ?Winter's Bone? star recently opened up to Rolling Stone on how she spent her childhood riding horses, fishing, playing hockey, softball and basketball on the all-boys team.
She explained that her nickname was ?Nitro? and that she ?was so dykey.?
Having grown up in a small town in Kentucky, Lawrence added that - despite the glitz and glam she?s used to now - ?little redneck things still come out.?
Expanding on this, she said, ?I?m attracted to my brother. Stuff like that.?
