Exclusive Blog: The Healthy Habits of Giuliana & Bill Rancic

Giuliana: For my overall mental health, I try to take a few moments in the car while I am driving to work in the morning to meditate and clear my mind and think about all of the things I am thankful for in my life. It's so easy to get caught up with work and emails and life. Taking a few quiet minutes to reflect on the positive things in my life help prepare me mentally for my day.
