Decked out in a cutout top, see-through skirt and metallic pumps, the E! reality star proudly showed off her curvaceous figure as she and her rapper beau hit up Prime 112 for a romantic dinner date.
And while Kim and Kanye supped at the popular steakhouse, the brunette beauty's former footballer flame, Reggie Bush, just so happened to be chowing down across the street.
Narrowly avoiding an assuredly awkward run-in, the Miami Dolphins running back was spotted exiting the nearby Prime Italian eatery with pregnant girlfriend Lilit Avagyan just moments before Kardashian and West made their Prime 112 departure.
Bush's night out comes just days after he confirmed that his new lady is pregnant with what will be his first child, as he proudly proclaimed on the Paul and Young Ron Morning Show, ?I have a little one on the way. We?re pretty excited. A child is the most special gift to a man and to a woman. I look forward to it, and to building a family.?
