Jenelle Evans continues to make headlines this week.
The Teen Mom 2 star has been hospitalized for a kidney infection, and what's more, she revealed on Twitter that she may be suffering from bipolar disorder.
The kidney issue put her in the hospital Tuesday night, right around when the troubled youngster was engaging in another insane fight on Teen Mom 2 on MTV.
Her manager says that a doctor prescribed antibiotics to treat the ailment and sent Evans home. "Hospitals suck," Evans tweeted, but is now on the mend.
As for her mental health? That's another story.
Evans, who has been hospitalized for strep throat, an injured wrist from a car accident and an ovarian cyst in the past year, likely has much bigger issues.
The volatile MTV star has been in and out of custody after a string of arrests (which she blames entirely on spite) involving harassment of old roommates.
Tuesday's episode, while showing footage a year old at this point, featured Evans having a meltdown, with fans Tweeting that she's "seriously psychotic."
Turns out that may be true, and treatable.
Evans wrote, "Sooooo I'm guessing u r all watching the fight, damn," and, to the one who called her psychotic, she tweeted, "bipolar disorder sweetheart."
Jenelle's mood swings really have been coming on harder and more erratically than ever, so this is not a huge surprise. Fortunately, her MTV co-stars have her back.
"Im already so emotional right now, and crying for @PBandJenelley_1 right now. :( How hard," wrote 16 and Pregnant star Ashley Salazar.
"@ashleyslzr awhhh, it's alright. I made it through. :) I'm on my medication now and my life has change tremendously," Evans wrote back.
Teen Mom star Amber Portwood also suffers from bipolar disorder.
We wish them both the best as they battle this serious affliction.
